How do I book a stay?
To book a stay, simply select your desired dates, choose from our selection of properties, and complete the required information on our secure platform. You will receive immediate confirmation via email.
Can I book a room for someone else?
Yes, when booking for others, ensure that you provide the correct guest name under the reservation details. Any special requests can also be included during the booking process.
How can I modify my existing reservation?
To modify your booking, please log into your account, navigate to 'My Bookings' and select 'Modify'. Note that changes may be subject to availability and booking conditions.
What mandatory details do I need to provide when booking?
Your booking must include the guest's name, contact information, and a valid credit card to secure the reservation and guarantee payment upon arrival or prior to check-in.
What if I need to make a special request after booking?
